سرنگ توبرکولین یک نوع سرنگ مخصوص است که برای تزریق مقادیر بسیار کم مایعات، به ویژه در تست توبرکولین (PPD) و سایر تزریقات داخل جلدی، استفاده می‌شود. این سرنگ‌ها معمولاً دارای حجم ۱ سی‌سی (میلی‌لیتر) هستند و درجه‌بندی دقیقی دارند که امکان تزریق کنترل‌شده را فراهم می‌کند. 

ویژگی‌های سرنگ توبرکولین:
  • حجم کم:
    ظرفیت این سرنگ‌ها معمولاً ۱ سی‌سی است. 

  • درجه‌بندی دقیق:
    بدنه سرنگ دارای درجه‌بندی دقیق برای اندازه‌گیری مقدار تزریق است. 

  • سوزن نازک و کوتاه:
    برای تزریق داخل جلدی، از سوزن‌های نازک و کوتاهی استفاده می‌شود. 

  • کاربردها:
    • تست توبرکولین (PPD): برای تزریق محلول PPD در تست پوستی سل استفاده می‌شود. 
    • تزریق‌های داخل جلدی: برای تزریق سایر داروها یا واکسن‌ها در لایه زیرین پوست. 
    • تزریق در کودکان و سالمندان: به دلیل حجم کم و دقت بالا، برای تزریق در گروه‌های سنی حساس مناسب است. 
    • سایر کاربردها: شستشوی زخم‌ها و درناژ لوله‌ها در مقادیر کم. 
اجزای سرنگ توبرکولین:
  • بدنه (Barrel):
    استوانه‌ای شفاف است که حجم دقیق دارو را نشان می‌دهد.
  • پیستون (Plunger):
    قطعه‌ای است که با حرکت به داخل و خارج، دارو را از سرنگ خارج می‌کند.
  • سوزن (Needle):
    سوزن باریک و کوتاهی که برای تزریق دارو به بافت استفاده می‌شود. 

نکات مهم:
  • سرنگ‌های توبرکولین یکبار مصرف هستند و باید پس از استفاده دور انداخته شوند. 
  • در هنگام استفاده از سرنگ توبرکولین، دقت در اندازه‌گیری و تزریق بسیار مهم است. 
  • در صورت نیاز به تزریق داروهای غلیظ یا حساس، سرنگ توبرکولین می‌تواند انتخاب مناسبی باشد.
